Practitioner experience, not theory
Ryan spent 14 years at Cisco Systems and served as Enterprise Architect for Corporate IT at Microsoft and as VP of Operations at Sparx Services North America. He holds an MBA and advises executives, boards, and emerging technology ventures building with AI.
He founded NovoCircle on a simple premise: most organizations don't need more technology — they need better decisions about which technology, in what sequence, for which problems. That practitioner perspective shapes every engagement, from a single advisory session to a multi-year automation program. He has seen what separates the leaders who bring their teams through change from the ones who let change happen to them — and what becomes possible for the people who move before they have to.
